Safety cabinets with integrated Real-time Asset Monitoring give you complete visibility of your inventory and its location—anytime, anywhere—through a secure digital portal.
The system is designed for ease of use. Each item stored in your fire safety cabinet is fitted with a specially developed chip-enabled label. This label carries a unique code, which is verified in the portal for identification. The intelligent cabinet then automatically records when items are placed inside or removed, thanks to an integrated RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) sensor.
RFID technology enables continuous monitoring: it logs who has accessed the cabinet, confirms the presence or absence of items, and tracks usage in real time. All data is immediately available in the online portal for quick and reliable insights.

Access only with personalized access pass
Access to a cabinet with the Real-time Asset Monitoring System is controlled via a personal access card, which must be scanned at the door sensor. Only authorised cardholders can open the cabinet. This not only secures the stored materials but also enables precise tracking: the portal records who accessed the cabinet, when the access occurred, and which items were removed or returned.
As a result, you maintain a continuous overview of all activity, helping to prevent misuse and ensuring safer handling of hazardous goods. The system also provides real-time visibility, so you can immediately detect if any items are missing.
