DENIOS Appoints Ernesto Milan as Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Milan will focus on supporting the long-term growth of DENIOS by strengthening processes, improving communication across departments, and building a high-performing operation. His responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, logistics, maintenance, continuous improvement, and overall operational performance.

Milan’s first impression of DENIOS was shaped by the team's dedication and expertise. He recognized a strong commitment to the products DENIOS builds and the customers the company serves, along with opportunities to further improve processes and support continued operational excellence.

“DENIOS plays a critical role in helping companies protect their employees, facilities, and the environment,” said Milan. “Knowing that our products contribute to safety and sustainability makes our work meaningful. We are not just building equipment; we are helping customers manage risk and operate responsibly.”

Milan describes his leadership style as hands-on, approachable, and results-oriented. He believes many of the best ideas come from the people closest to the work, which is why he values spending time on the production floor, listening to team members, and helping remove obstacles.

A key priority for Milan is building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. He aims to strengthen collaboration between operations, engineering, customer service, purchasing, quality, and logistics so that every department is aligned around shared goals.

Outside of work, Milan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, working on projects around the house, and running his 3D printing business. His interest in design, technology, and practical problem-solving reflects the same passion for manufacturing and innovation that he brings to his role at DENIOS.
