DENIOS US introduces new WFP Li-Ion Charging Buildings engineered for safe, compliant, and efficient charging and storage of lithium-ion batteries. These walk-in fire-rated structures minimize workplace fire risks while meeting key U.S. safety standards, including NFPA, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
Engineered for Fire Protection and Compliance
Built to withstand 2 hours of fire exposure at 2192°F (1000°C), DENIOS WFP Li-Ion Buildings help prevent fire propagation and ensure maximum protection in industrial environments. Each structure can be customized to accommodate various battery sizes and charging capacities, with interior shelving, socket strips, and flexible configurations for indoor or outdoor placement.
Manufactured in the United States using precision laser cutting and galvannealed steel construction, each WFP Building features mineral wool insulation, thermal gap-free design, and Durathane 2-part paint for superior corrosion resistance. The integrated sump meets FM guidelines and structural load requirements, while optional HVAC and drainage ensure long-term durability and performance.
Advanced safety systems include multi-sensor fire detection, continuous ventilation, and HMI monitoring with visual and audio alarms. Optional wet or dry fire suppression, explosion protection, and grounding systems further enhance safety and regulatory compliance for facilities managing lithium-ion batteries.
