Process Immersion Heaters

DENIOS carries a wide variety of Process Immerison Heaters. Process Immersion Heaters utilize metal sheathed nichrome resistive heating elements seal welded to ANSI flange, screw plug, or customized fitting. Circulation heaters can be installed in a tank, pressurized vessel, or protective well. The heater terminations are protected with a terminal enclosure allowing the heater to be installed in a variety of environments ranging from general purpose to hazardous areas.

  • Wattages available up to 3.5 MW
  • Voltages available up to 4160V
  • Flange sizes range from 2"-36" ANSI Class
  • Screw plugs range from 1"-2.5" NPT. Customized fittings available.
  • Incoloy 800 sheath material as standard, other materials available upon request
  • 80/20 Nickel Chrome resistance wire
  • 99.9% pure MGO compacted insulation
  • Hazardous area terminal enclosures certified to: CSA/ATEX/IECEx
  • Liquid tight terminal enclosures NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X/IP 66
