• Lockout box is manufactured using a strong and durable polyethylene material
• Durable, rugged polyethylene boxes have a carry handle and room for you to add more components to customize your kits
• This device allows you to lock out equipment of 12 workers simultaneously on one hasp
• Hasp hangs by the 1 1/4-inch x 3 1/2-inch closed oval loop
• Stop-shaped octagon body holds locking arm in place
• 7 1/4-inch H x 3 1/4-inch W hasp fits in the palm of one's hand
• Lightweight all-dielectric plastic design
• Slide the inner body upward to release locking loop from the outer sleeve
• Insert the open end of the loop 1/4" wide loop to lock out the device
• Place locking loop back into the designated slot and slide body into sleeve
• Hasp hangs by the 1 1/4" x 3 1/2" closed oval loop
• Secures with up to 12 padlocks (sold separately)
